Email Lock up

I have a mailing list say fox example it has 150 email address's in it. I send out the email from the mailing list in goes into the Q and sits there for the following reason,

Message 18TDxg-0001zg-00 is not frozen delivering message 18TDxg-0001zg-00 LOG: 0 MAIN == [email protected] R=lookuphost defer (-1): host lookup did not complete LOG: 0 MAIN == [email protected] R=lookuphost defer (-1): host lookup did not complete

Anyway when this happens to have the email go ahead and send out to all verified email address's?

What happens if it does not find a lookup for one address it holds the entire email.
