    Hello guys!
    I have a problem with exim. All days I have more tham 1000 messages in queue. I clicked to resend an email and got the following error:

    R=virtual_user_spam2 T=virtual_userdelivery_spam defer (13): Permission denied: while renaming tmp/1459790325.H231352P31997.cxs-02-web01l.example.com.br as new/1459790325.H231352P31997.cxs-02-web01l.example.com.br,S=27410

    I checked my tmp dir and the permissions are ok. 1777. What can be this error? Someone can help me?

    Best regards. []'s

    Hello :)

    CXS is a third-party application. Please ensure you report issues with that software to their support forum at:

    General Discussion (cxs) - ConfigServer Community Forum

    Does the issue persist if you temporarily disable CXS and attempt to deliver messages from the queue?

    Thank you.

    Michael,

    Actually, I do not put "CXS related" in the subject. "cxs-02-web01l" is name of my server. The error is related with exim, by the way, the issue persists. :confused:

    Are you certain there are no third-party applications such as MailScanner or CXS installed on the server? If so, please open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome.

    Thank you.
