Email login error after unsuspend

    When i unsuspend an account, email is not unsuspended. When i try to log on webmail, i see a roundcube window asking for email and password.

    Hello Felipe,

    In cPanel >> Email Accounts, click on Manage Suspension for the affected email account to verify if logins for the individual email account are suspended. Also, can you let us know of any output in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_logs when unsuspending an account on the affected system? Is this happening across multiple accounts, or is it isolated to an individual user? What do you see in /var/log/maillog when the Roundcube login fails? Additionally, please post the output from the following command:
