I have 2 clustered servers and I transfered 4 accounts from one server to the other, now no one can access their mailboxes, the password is being rejected. I created a new mail account on one of the transfered sites and it does not go to login after entering the password and clicking enter, when going through 'Read WebMail' in cPanel/Webmail/Add-Remove Accounts etc., you get a 404 Page Connot Be Found message. This does not happen on other accounts I have transfered in the past week or so. Has anybody any ideas as I am dead in the water here?
    I'm using cPanel 10.1.0-RELEASE 30.

I would first suspect a DNS resolution issue. Are you accessing the cPanel interface using the transferred domain's domain name or the server's hostname?

Also, it's always a good idea to make sure that your system is up to date before attempting a transfer, but I don't think that's a factor here.

I've got to tell you that I feel abit dumb here!!! The reason I couldn't access the account through Webmail in cPanel was because I still had Port 2096 blocked in APF, DUH!!!

I still haven't fixed it thorugh Outlook or whatever yet.

But thanks for your comments, DNS resolution is okay, I access cPanel through the domainname:2083
