The reason why I\'m asking is that this dedicated server is not receiving the majority of their emails for any domain on the server and these entries are everywhere.

Most of that is garbage (messages of undeliverable mail, retry times exceeded, and so on). If you look in /var/spool/exim/input, do you have a bunch of stuff held up in the queue? If so, you can get a better feel of why mail might not be delivered by running
/usr/sbin/exim -qf and watching the mail log. You could then watch for local delivery of mail and see what, if any, errors are generated for virtual users on that box.

    /usr/sbin/exim -d9 -M <message ID>

that will give you a detailed error message, most handy at times

take a look at your /etc/localdomains file. Make sure that your domains are listed there. This is usually the culprit.
