Email mis-routed to catch-all account

    Problem: We recently moved clients from an Ensim server to cPanel and now their emails are going to the catch-all account instead of the correct user's account.

    For instance:

    I send an email to and it shows up in the default user's account - default_user

    There is a user setup as "user" on the server. I can not removed the user and then re-add them because it will lose the address books for Squirrelmail.
