Email moved to Junk folder

    HI, I have the same problem, some of my customer email go to Junk folder on webmail. I using Thunderbird to get email by POP3, when my customer email go to Junk folder, I can't download it to my email client, I still understand why email go to junk folder, I also check in source of all email, don't have any email mark spam, but why it go to Junk folder on my webmail. so strange..

    Hello,

    There are a number of reasons why this happens

    - Does the email have ***SPAM*** flags added?
    - Do you have any other devices besides the thunderbird client connected?
    - Do you have any email filters?
    - Is it only specific domains it's occurring with or everything?
