Email? [moved]

    Whenever you create a new account emails get sent out now atm I have no idea whos the emali address that all this stuff is getting sent to and I am definate that it is not mine.

    How do I change this?

    You can set root's, cpanel's and nodoby's addresses in WHM > Change System Mail Preferences.

    You can then choose what alerts go where through WHM's Contact Manager.

    Hi,

    thanks for replying so promptly.

    I just checked out WHM and couldn't see that anywhere, any chance of a screenshot or can you guide me?

    These options will only be present if you have root access.

    If you do have root access, you'll see the options in the left-hand frame - just look carefully.

    Ok how do I change this if I do not have root access.

    Also do you think you could help with my other support request or do you not have knowledge?

    As webignition said, "options will only be present if you have root access". If you do NOT have access to the WHM, you won't be able to Change System Mail Preferences. Ask your host to help you out.

    Are you sure what you accessed was the WHM and not the cPanel?

    Yeh I'm sure that it was whm :P

    Thanks anyway I will get in touch with my host for more informaiton :)
