Email not getting received

    Hello, a client of mine is having some issues, he is using the forgotten your password form on Telivo. However the email doesn't arrive, all other emails sent to his email arrives fine. I have tried enabling and disabling spam assassin which makes no difference. I have tried looking at the exim log however I don't seem to see anything regarding this email.

    Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

    Also just to add, I have tried another account on the same domain, this also doesn't get the email, however on a different domain on the same server, the message is fine.
