Email not sending from Net Mail Clients

any ideas why my email wont send from my mail clients with cPanel? or are they not cPanel apps?

PS my email is fine and sends from laptop and other net mail clients fine...

Solution

Which E-mail client software you are using as well as copy and paste the error message you are receiving while send and received the E-mails because you can access E-mails on all E-mail client softwrae there is no such restriction in cPanel which deny you to access E-mail from any other E-mail client software

the choice set up for me is Horde or RoundCube. neither seems to send email. it simply hangs and doesn't send??!?!

my host doesn't answer my support queries on the subject. I know that i then need to change hosts but while i do that as its a big job, is there anything i can do meanwhile to make the net clients send? or any reason why they wont?
