SOLVED Email Not Setup Correctly

I have an issue with my email setup. When i login to an account and send an email to any email the email goes through but is coming through as [email protected]

How do i set it to use that [email protected]. Are my mx records not setup correctly ?

Hello,

Are you sending email via an email client, webmail, or using a PHP application?

For an email client or webmail, you'd need to create an email account using the "Email Accounts" option in cPanel, and then login to that email account via Webmail using the individual email account username and password.

If sending the email via a PHP application, you'd have to ensure the application uses SMTP authentication.

I am using webmail. I will try this and update the thread.

Logging in directly with the user worked. Don't know why I didn't think of that.
