Email not syncing for one IMAP account

Hi,
I have an issue with email client (Thuderbird and outlook sometimes) where I installed 5 accounts their with imap, and when I try to sync the messages with server all of them doing well except one of them, where it receive within first time installed but after that it gives successfully synced but without downloading any of new emails, so I try to reinstall it again at email client and the same thing happen each time, working very well at first time but no more after that. However, I am using it with mobile mail app and it works very well.
I've tried to check maillog file and found the following issue for one email file, I've tried to move it away to check if it solved, but after moving it gives me for other email, I've moved many of mentioned files at maillog but the same issue, these email files has 8MB, 11MB, 4MB and such that, real email received.
What suggested way to solve that?

I don't think this is something I have a quick resolution for and I think it'd be best to open a ticket so we can view the affected system. Can you please open a ticket using the link in my signature? Once open please reply with the Ticket ID here so that we can update this thread with the resolution once the ticket is resolved.

Hi, We are also facing same issue, with One of the IMAP account is not able to sync to the data on WEbmail. While others work fine. Any update or suggestion, if it is resolved. Thanks

Hi @achopra27

This can be difficult to troubleshoot without root access to the server, especially if you've set up the other accounts on the server without issue. I would suggest (since your profile indicates you're a website owner) that you contact your provider for assistance. They'll be able to look at the logs when you're attempting to connect and provide you with relevant errors.
