    Hello Everyone!

I am very new to cPanel and I am having problems with my email server.

This is the response I get when I try and send email to it from my gmail account:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

I did change the emails above to prevent spam. They were not the real emails used.

did you check the DNS entries of this domain? Are they correctly pointing to your server?

I'm gonna take a guess that you don't have an actual email account setup here.

What does exim_mainlog have to say? Run `exim -bt EMAIL@DOMAIN` on your cpanel box, does the output look okay?

I can send mail fine to the default account on the server (the one that you cannot delete), and it worked fine. The only problem is when I try to send email to any other account.

Thats not an "email address", its for the system. For example, if your cPanel account username is john, the system sends john @ yourdomain.com emails, but, those emails are forwarded to the Contact Information which you add. Preferably this is set with an off server email account so the server can contact you as needed.

If you wanted to use john @ yourdomain.com, you'll need to create a new email account to use it properly.

When I sent an email to this account, I was able to see the email in RoundCube.
