Email not working on a parked domain

I have a root domain rootdomain.co.nz
which has 4 parked domains.

Email accounts on [email protected],2 and 3 work fine.

Email for [email protected] used to work fine and is now not working.

My vps synced dns records which changed the nameserver for parkeddomain4 on the registrar to something incorrect which I fixed yesterday ~15 hours ago.

If I check /home/{user}/mail/parkeddomain4/{account}/cur-tmp-new no mail is being recieved.

I have tried reparking the domain.
I tried making a new account at parkeddomain4 which doest not work for sending or receiving.

Could dns propagation be the problem still after such time?

Hello :)

Have you verified the DNS is correctly configured by using a website such as IntoDNS? Do you notice any error messages in /var/log/exim_mainlog when sending/receiving with this domain name?
