Hello. cPanel newbie here, so bear with me if there's an easy fix to my problem.

I installed cPanel earlier this morning and everything seems to be running smoothly except for the fact that any email account I set up won't receive email when sent from an address that's not on my server.

    For example:
I have two domains on my server.
    x.com and y.com

When I try to send an email address to user@x.com from an x.com email account, it goes thru fine.

However, when I try to send it from z.com (which is NOT on my server), the email appears to go thru fine, but I never actually receive the email. There's no bounce message, and I've checked webmail and the mail queue with no results.

I'm stumped here. Any help would be much appreciated.

open the exim logs and grep for the particular domain in question, you will see some message there related to the message. Do you have RBL installed ? perhaps the sender domain ip is in RBL or something ?
