I have a SATA disk and SSD disk attached to my dedicated server. I run all the cPanel account (websites) in the SSD, but I would like to have my email stored in the SATA disk. I think I can do this by manually creating folders for each cpanel account in the SATA disk and copying the email related folders into it from SSD and then replacing it with a symlink in the SSD.

Is this OK to do it this way? Is there another way of achieving this?

The reason is the SSD is small & expensive while the SATA is big & cheap. Email doesn't need to be fast but takes up a lot of space so I think it would be good to keep the emails in the SATA and everything else in the fast SDD.

    I appreciate your help. Thanks
