If you have root access to the server can you let me know what the entry in the exim log is for this transaction? You can find the exim logs at /var/log/exim_mainlog

Just let me say that I am so impressed by the response time in this forum that tears rolling down on my face. Cpanel is just greedy for our money.
I am leaving cpanel for another software so it is not important

Hello @icandoit

First of all, I am sorry you are unhappy. cPanel's community forums are a place in which you can go to get resolutions for many issues, this leaves responses up to the entire community and if you're finding that you're not getting responses that are helpful I'd suggest reading through the guide here: Guide To Opening An Effective Forums Thread

If you're unhappy with the amount of time it takes to get a response, I do want to remind you that the community forums are not somewhere where you should look to be receiving immediate support, should you need support in the quickest manner possible, I would always recommend opening a support ticket. The Forums here as well as opening a ticket are both services we provide free of charge. The difference being is when you open a ticket you're reaching a full support staff which is available 24/7.
