    Hello

I have transferred all of my web sites from my old server (REDHAT 7.3 - cPanel) to a new server (REDHAT 9 - cPanel).

Now my users do not have webmail access (squirrelmail, Horde, ...).

    In squirrelmail the error is:

    ERROR:
ERROR : Could not complete request.
    Query: CREATE "INBOX.Sent"
Reason Given: CREATE failed: Can't create mailbox node /home/username/: Permission denied

My old server has one HDD the new one has two HDDs and by defauld location of new web sites is: /home2

    - How can I solve it? This is urgent, my users can not check their emails!

    Thanks a lot,

Try /scripts/fixmailperm (also available in whm)

    a) check that all user names are no more than 8 characters

had a similar problem, we worked on it 2 days straight,
we updated all software and scipts from WHM

    service, server, scripts

    b) reinstall /scripts/exim4

    we then rebuilt appache

    c) /scripts/fixeverything
