Email problem timing out

    HI,

    One of our client trying to retreive teh mail and getting time out. I have tried through neomail and same thing happening.

    I can able to login, after that it is timing out to retreive the mails.

    I have run
    /scripts/amilperm
    /scripts/fixpop

    didn't help. Any help would be appreciated.

    ps: Only wiht this accounts other accounts at this domain working fine.

    Dear shann,


    Please try restarting the mail server.

    /scripts/restartsrv cppop

    Try now. If that fails again,check with the permissions of the inbox file of the email id. Go to that directory and execute the following commands.

    rm -f inbox.lock
    mv inbox inbox.back
    touch inbox
    chmod 660 inbox
    cat inbox.back >> inbox
    exit

    Try checking mail again.

    had the same problem afther upgrading to CP8
    But restart ccpop fixed the problem...
