    Hello,

I'm new to CPanel so please be patient. I have inherited some of the admin roles for several different domains which are all configured on Cpanel. I'm having an issue with email between users. user@domain A can't email user@domain B.. The email doesn't get delivered from the local email client nor black berry / iphone. I have no idea where to start to troubleshoot. I've done all the client side trouble shooting that I can do, and I now need to look more atthe domain level to ensure that it is configured correctly. My expertise lies at the desktop level not domain administration.

    Thank You

    Hello :)

Is the email sent out from your email client without a failure message or a bounce? If so, you can try searching the Exim logs for more information. EX:

    Code:
    # exigrep user@domain.com /var/log/exim_mainlog
    Thank you.

I can send the mail from the client or a mobile phone and never get any bounce backs. I'll check the logs and see what I can come up with.
