Email problems after Ensim transfer

    I copied an account from my Ensim server to Cpanel. This account had a few mail accounts. Each account has a directory in the "/home/username/mail" directory.. but IMAP is not working for these accounts..

    Also.. on the main page for cpanel, it says
    Email accounts 0 / unlimited
    even though it lists 4 accounts when clicking on Mail then Add/Remove accounts


    Has anyone successfully copied accounts from ensim and gotten all of the user email accounts to work? any tricks?

    Bringing this back to the top since I think it is a rather important issue for hosts that have lots of Ensim accounts to transfer to Cpanel. I have another bug report open, but haven't gotten any answers from it yet.

    What I did was create the email account in cPanel then copy the mail file from Ensim and overwrite the /home/user/mail/username/inbox file
