I have recently moved from on EV1 cpanel box to a another EV1 cpanel box (higher spec machine and later RH release)

Current version is : WHM 9.4.0 cPanel 9.4.1-R64

One account on the server is not routing emails to the correct POP accounts, all mail is being delivered to the catch all account.

All email accounts appear to be present in cpanel, and horde shows the contents of the accounts, but all incoming mail is routed to the capture all account.

Anyone know how to solve this ? I was told to run /scripts/mailperm and did but the problem is still there :(

If this was a personal domain i wouldn't be to concerned but this domain handles email accounts for several people.

Hope someone can solve this for me

    Thanks

If you create a brand new account on that domain does the E_mail route properly to the new address?

I created a new POP account and mail arrives in there as it should do :)

So it is just the existings ones that are playing up.

Check the /etc/valiases/domainname.tld do you see the email accounts in there?
