Email Problems using webmail

    Hi, for some reason when i use webmail in cpanel i cant send to any other domain apart from a .co.uk it bounces back with

    This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

    A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

    *********@supanet.com
    unrouteable mail domain "supanet.com"

    It also does it with hotmail and any other domain that isnt a .co.uk

    this was working up untill a few days ago... any ideas????:eek:

    I guess no one actually knows then.

    I have had this post open for a number of days now, and no one has posted a reply, i guess no one actually knows, and no one can help me !!

    Hello,

    It could be the issue with your DNS. Did you check the exim_mainlog, maillog, messages. It will help you to find out the issue. I think, your dns is not resolving, request to the localhost. Check your named.conf file and also run the following command "dig hotmail.com @localhost"
