On my box i have Cpanel and WHM. I have setup an email account in Cpanel. Using POP3, I can send mail FROM that account to another email. But I cannot send mail TO that account from another email.

I am new to Cpanel and WHM, so thoughts or ideas?

Yes, dns has resolved. I am not quite sure I am doing something right. We had Cpanel and WHM installed and thats all we did, we setup dns and then our email accounts. The NOC setup the program for us. Is there anything else I should have installed or configuring that needed to be done?

So basically, cpanel and whm was installed, and dns setup and working, then add email accounts...
