    Hello,

You may want to use a website such as IntoDNS to verify the affected domain name uses the name servers provided by your web hosting provider. Also, check the "Email Filters" and "Global Email Filters" options in cPanel to make sure the emails are not moved due to the default mailbox due to existing filter rules.

    Thank you.

Ok, so you have no filters enabled. As suggested, please check your domain name dns. You can do this by going to intodns.com. Type in your domain name there in the form, wait for the check to complete and see if there's any issues highlighted in red that might need fixing.

Assuming that's all good on the dns end of things, could you expand on this comment a bit more?

Emails for what, exactly? This sounds like you've got some sort of email form setup that people can contact you with or something?

More details might be helpful here. :)

I recommend reporting this issue to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look at /var/log/exim_mainlog to see why you are not receiving any email.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Could you let us know the outcome once your provider responds back to you after working with our Technical Support Team?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

cPanel's Technical Support Department is unaffiliated with your provider's support team so you'd need to consult with them to determine their response time policy. If you'd like an update on your provider's support ticket with us, you can ask them for the ticket number so we can check on it's status.

    Thank you.
