I'm not sure this is possible at this time. Improvements are being made with languages and localization (Locales):
    cPanel Locales - cPanel Documentation

Not aware of anything having to do with emails though. Might make a good Features Request, some sort of email template editor or something.

Feature Requests should be posted here: cPanel Feature Requests

    Hello :)

The email warning templates are located within the following directory:

    Code:
    /usr/local/cpanel/src/templates/
You will need to copy the directory of the specific template you want to edit to "/var/cpanel/templates/" to avoid changes being overwritten by cPanel updates. EX:

    Code:
    cp -a /usr/local/cpanel/src/templates/mailbox_size_warning /var/cpanel/templates/
You would then edit the "main.default" file within "/var/cpanel/templates/mailbox_size_warning/".

    Thank you.

    Excelent!

Do you know how to edit (cpanel update proof) the bandwidth exceeded page? Is not in web template editor.

    Thanks
