I just had one of a client's (Cpanel account's) email boxes reach its quota. The client nor myself, as the whm admin, received notification that the quota was reached. Is that type of notification something I can turn on?

Side Question: Is there anyway to recover the email that was send during the time the email quota was full?

In WHM -> Server Configuration -> Tweak Settings, in the Notifications section you can set up various notifications. Ensure Mail Box Usage Warnings is checked and the settings that begin with the text Threshold percentage where a mailbox is disk usage is considered to be in the are not set to 0.
