    hello,

we converted some of our servers to mdbox and it seems that the old emails are also compressed.
But, now we have a problem with the quotas. ALL the users used quota are to 0 ...
I did a try with the /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/fixquotas script, but the used quota are still 0.
What can i do to make that the used quotas are listed correctly ?
    Thanks
    Regards

    Hello,

Internal case CPANEL-15490 is open to address the issue where the "cPanel > Email Accounts" interface shows 0M disk usage for email accounts after the conversion to mdbox. I'll monitor this case and update this thread with more information as it becomes available.

In the meantime, you can wait until the email account sends or receives a message, as the first message will automatically populate the disk usage again. Or, the other workaround is to remove the dovecot-quota file for the email account so the system temporarily reverts back to the data from the maildirsize file until the first message is sent/received. EX:

    Code:
    rm /home/$cpanel-username/mail/$domain.tld/$email-account-name/dovecot-quota
    Thank you.
