    Hi

My costumers have quotas set on the email accounts but they dont seem to be working properly.
For example in one account the limit is 5mb and it has 12mb occupied. Is this normal? should it be this way? If this is normal what are the quotas for?

    Thanks
    TIAGO

I am having the same problem .. i guess its because quota is set for inbox folder only .. so if your user is keeping email somewhere else, for example spam folder or draft folder or any other folder that they can create with your webmail software then it will not be under the quota setting !!!

I would really like to see a solution in the near release though!!

    Regards,
    K

This problem is taking to long to be solved.

I have unhappy customers with this situation and this is really bad for business...

    Go on, have a guess
Well, khaled responded correcly, only the inbox file is included in the quota checking for an email account. If you allow access from the webmail clients, then the files created by them are not part of the email quota but the account quota.
