email receive but dont send

hello

i install cpanel

but me and other reseller cant send any Email

but can receive .

how can i resolve this ?

Go to "Service Manager" in WHM and setup a secondary SMTP port such as on port 26.

Go into the settings for any firewall you may have and open up port 26

Go to your email program on your home computer and change the outbound SMTP port from 25 to 26.

Try to send email again --- Does it work?

i do as you say but it dosent work again

Please submit a ticket for us to see why you are getting the IPv6 errors on this specific machine. You can submit tickets in WHM > Support Center > Contact cPanel or using the link in my signature.

Can you also please test webmail to let us know if it is working to send emails? If you have a firewall such as CSF, please ensure port 25 is opened for incoming and outgoing.
