    i think there is a bug. when someone send email to an address that have full quota, that email goes to another email address from same domain. why this happen?

    I recommend you let our technical analysts take a look at your server. When an email address reaches quota, new incoming mail should not be delivered for that account - especially to another email account. You can contact our technical analysts at: http://tickets.cPanel.net/submit
