Email receiving problem

    I currently provide hosting to my members with allowed add on domains. One of my customers is not receiving emails to all but her main email account that is set up in cpanel. Without compromising my server security, what can I do so that she may receive her emails? I am currently managing with WHM.

    cPanel Access Level:
    Root Administrator
    Do you have root SSH access to the machine to check the exim logs? If so, then run this command to check what is happening:

    Code:
    exigrep email@domain.com /var/log/exim_mainlog
    Above please replace email@domain.com with the email account where she isn't receiving emails to find what error is being output to the exim logs. Until we have some type of conclusive error message, it's difficult to know why her email isn't working.
