if I wan to use email as a service, how do i add email signup form to my website (web page) in php? do you have any tutorials or examples?

this is for parked domains, or domains pointing to the server ( running wordpress multisite)

I have examples of a simple contact us form, with a very basic captcha

Customer fills in a html form on your web page, confirms the captcha then this is emailed to you using PHP ?
Is this the sort of thing your'e looking for ?
