Email Reverse Dns

    Please vote and tell me if you do or do not use the following acl in exim to reject emails that reach your servers without Rdns.

    require verify = reverse_host_lookup
    message = Your mail server IP address ($sender_host_address) has no reverse DNS PTR

    This doesn't seem to be present in my Exim config.

    Nope, as some ISP does not have the connecting IP to have rDNS configured.

    I've tried it. While it is an excellent idea, too many MTA's don't have their rDNS setup as they should, so I haven't pursued it.
