Hi, I was wondering if there's a way to configure cPanel to send a mail to the contact person used when creating an account, I'd like the mail to contain the username, the Password and of course the the https://hostname:2083 parameter so that the client knows how to connect to his panel.

No native features exist that will automatically email the end-user with the account login information upon new account creation. You will need to utilize a third-party application such as WHMCS for this type of functionality.
