I have searched the forums, most of the evening. I have read some of the posts, and tried several solutions.

Example: searched for "email will not send" "Email will not arrive" "email dissapears" and "R=boxtraper_autowhitelist T=boxtrapper_autowhitelist"

Using tail on my exim_mainlog I get this which is the exact email, and I think the lack of the
other email address listing is my error. The question is why and how is it fixed?

2006-06-20 22:08:09 1Fss8W-0003Ts-EQ => HIM <[email protected]> R=boxtraper_autowhitelist T=boxtrapper_autowhitelist
2006-06-20 22:08:09 1Fss8W-0003Ts-EQ => ME <[email protected]> R=boxtraper_autowhitelist T=boxtrapper_autowhitelist
2006-06-20 22:08:09 1Fss8W-0003Ts-EQ => [email protected] <[email protected]> R=lookuphost T=remote_smtp H=clmboh-02.mgw.rr.com [65.xxx.7.xxx]
2006-06-20 22:08:09 1Fss8W-0003Ts-EQ Completed
I see my email the indy.rr.com account working ok, infact I got that email. but the chrislewis.tv account didnt get it at all. There are no errors in the log other than this, and the queue is empty.

I have ran sever al commands already,

exim -qf
exim -qff -v

the normal ones from /scripts like fixeverything and upcp, update now etc as well as installed exim again.

Any ideas or thoughts? Any keywords I should search for and I missed em? I'm happy to fix it myself, but any help given is welcome.

Thanks

Steve

Unless I'm not reading it correctly, I don't see any errors per se.

You're sending to both addresses on the same message, correct? What happens if you send to each address separately?

I will get the message and he will not. It sends as in leaves my server, but while it will come to my account it will not appear at his. This is what frustrates me. The accounts are working as they can both send to other emails and other server fine. I can even send to myself on the same server, and so can he. I attempted to remove the email, then the domain and re add them, didnt help.

Sounds like he has some sort of spam protection at his end.

Mail provider might be filtering the wrong mail messages.

If the logs on your end (/var/log/exim_mainlog) are showing that
the message is successfully sent on your end then the problem
is on the recipient's side and could be a problem with their
mail provider's mail servers or spam protection.
