On my server, when I send email from the root user or with [Removed] the email is not sent to the gmail spam box. But when I send with some email account of some domain hosted on my server (eg contato@[Removed]), the message is always sent to the google spam box.

My hostname is [Removed] and apparently I have everything configured correctly (DMARC, DKIM, SPF and rDNS).

    When I do: /usr/lib/sendmail -v xxxxxxxxx@gmail.com
    or /usr/lib/sendmail -f contato@[Removed] -v xxxxxxxxx@gmail.com
Email is always sent to Gmail inbox. It works normally.

When I do: /usr/lib/sendmail -f contato@[Removed] -v xxxxx@gmail.com.br or I use the roundcube in https://webmail.[Removed], the email is always sent to the spam box.

    How do I solve this?

    Help me!

Hi Michael, thanks for the reply.

I had already seen the link that you passed me and like I said, my server has DKIM, DMARC, SPF and rDNS configured. I really believe that such settings are all ok, because on all sites (mxtoolbox.com, dnsstuff.com and others) where I tested my settings, the return is always ok.

The problem happens when I try to send email using some hosted domain, such as "some @ hosted-domain". When I try with "root/some @ myhostname" the email arrives in the inbox normally.

Whenever I send non-hostname account mail to gmail, the email goes to the spam box.

    Can someone help me?

    Hello,

You may simply need to report the issue to the remote mail server to determine why your messages are marked as SPAM. For example, Google offers the following troubleshooting URL:

Bulk Senders Guidelines - Gmail Help

    Thank you.

Thanks again for your help, but I still can not solve my problem :(

Gmail is not sending all my emails to spam, but only those sent from an account that does not have my hostname.

For example, assuming my hostname is server.orange.com.br, when I send an email from contato@orange.com.br, the email arrives in the gmail inbox (It works perfectly well.).

But if I send from an email account as contato@example.com.br, the email does not arrive in the recipient's inbox, just in its spam box, even if example.com.br is a domain hosted on my server.

I believe it is some configuration on my server and not some generic rejection of gmail, because when I use the hostname, the email arrives in the inbox.

I'm talking about gmail as an example, but so does outlook and hotmail.

I've seen all the links you've given me, but I do not know what else to do.

I tried to open a ticket, but I get this error:

The system failed to create a stub ticket with the following error: API failure: (XID dv4wyk) The ticket system API “POST” request to “https://tickets.cpanel.net/json-api/tickets/create-stub-ticket” failed with a “422” status code and the following error message: Input validation failedWe cannot proceed with this automated tool. You must continue the ticket creation process within the cPanel Customer Portal.

My license is still trial. Is that why I can not open a ticket?

You can send the request via email to cs@cpanel.net so that our Customer Service team can direct the ticket to our Technical Support department.

    Thank you.
