    I recently upgraded to cpanel, and I no longer get an undeliverable message when one of my users cant email someone. They recieve the message, but as admin I would like to recieve it as well. I have checked through the first 4 pages of exim forums and did not come across a solution that worked.

    This is really important that I start recieving these messages again. Last friday one of the webmail accounts got hacked and sent out god knows how much spam (45,000 messages to hotmail alone) and got us blocked everywhere.

    Please help.

    Thanks

    Okay, I have gotten closer to resolving this. I now know this is what I need to add to exim.conf.

    errors_copy ="*@* email@domain.com"

    Where in the config file would I put it?

    Thanks

    After further reading errors_copy is only when my server generates a bounce message. I am adding

    if error_message
    then
    unseen deliver some@dress
    endif

    Onto the end of /etc/cpanel_exim_system_filter

    Wish me luck.

    Okay, the problem was solved. But then cpanel updated the system filters. How do I get cpanel to stop updating the cpanel_exim_system_filter so that my changes will stay?

    If the system filter mentioned in WHM is "/etc/cpanel_exim_system_filter_custom" change it to something like "/etc/cpanel_exim_system_filter_custom", this will not be overwritten.
