Email when limits reached

    evening forum


    can i set WHM manager to email me, the reseller host, when my customers domains reach any limits, whether it be bandwidth or quota? i assume you can but i cant find it...

    You can customize these settings by going to WHM -> Server Configuration -> Tweak Settings and scroll down to Notifications. Be sure to click the save button at the bottom of that page when you're done.

    cant find Server Configuration? on WHM 11.24.4

    It should be the very top section in the WHM interface if you are logged in as root.

    Reviewing your original post, it appears you are a reseller, not a root user. As a result, you will need to contact your hosting provider to set this for you.
