    I can receive emails sent from my cpanel but cannot receive any sent by another party to my site. I am a new cpanel user.

    If you're not the server administrator, then you need to contact your hosting provider for help.

    If you are, then have a look in your /var/log/exim_mainlog file while sending email into the server for errors.
