I've just started working at a company.

The company made (in Cpanel) an email adress

All of the emails that are send to me, must be forwarded to

So in Cpanel, we created a email forwarder, followed the steps and we got the confirmation message that all emails to would be forwarded to

Now, whenever somebody sends an email to, its not being forwarded to my gmail but to the email adress of the site owner

I've tried removing and replacing the forwarder, no luck.

What did I do wrong ?

When you create an email account, and add a forwarder, any email sent to that email account you created gets the email, and the email is forwarded.

In your cPanel > Mail section > Forwarders, you should see the email Address and where its being forwarded to, you should also see, on the right side, a link to "Trace" the email. Click that. Might get some clues there possibly.
