Emails are forwarded without forwarder managed

Hi to all,

I have a problem with an email account. The emails received are forwarded to another Gmail account, but I don't have a forwarders or email filters for that email.

I attach the screenshots of my forwarders, email filters and track delivery. For example, the email from "[email protected]" to "[email protected]", recipient "[email protected]" is delivered to "[email protected]". This email is not delivered to "[email protected]".

Can you help me to understand why it happens?

Hey there! Do you have root access to the server? If so, I would recommend checking the /var/log/exim_mainlog file to see the full email transaction. This would show the mail process and how Exim handled it, but the "Track Delivery" tool does show there is a forwarder happening.

You could also try disabling your filters to see if that changes the behavior in any way.
