Hey,

I've been working on getting my SPF records up to speed as some of my mails are bouncing when I send to google accounts. I've done several spf tests and I seem to past most of them, but there's a few issues still that seem to rear their head.

After performing this test Unlock The Inbox - DNS Tools, Network Tools, WHOIS Search

I am getting the following:
Code:
SMTP (Port 25):Connection Established
- Extensions:SIZE, 8BITMIME, PIPELINING, AUTH, STARTTLS, HELP
- SSL Hostname:server1.viralbamboo.com
- SSL Subject:CN=server1.viralbamboo.com, OU=PositiveSSL, OU=Domain Control Validated
- SSL Issuer:CN=PositiveSSL CA 2, O=COMODO CA Limited, L=Salford, S=Greater Manchester, C=GB
- SSL Error:Certificate Does Not Match Hostname
And the exact same for SMTP SSL (Port 465): POP3 (Port 110):
POP3 SSL (Port 995): IMAP (Port 143): and IMAP SSL (Port 993): even though I do have a valid ssl cert installed on the hostname.

I seem to pass the other tests, so wondering could this be the issue?

Did you install the certificate for cPanel services in
WHM-> Service Configuration-> Manage Service SSL Certificates ?

Hello :)

It's important to keep in mind that you are using a third-party testing tool that may not show accurate results or may output results that would not make a difference in a server accepting email.

You can ensure your SSL certificate name for Exim matches the hostname via:

"WHM Main >> Service Configuration >> Manage Service SSL Certificates"

Thank you.
