Emails delivering to Localhost

Hi Guys,

We started to face an issue about email delivery.

This client's email is not getting delivered. When I checked the delivery status it says its delivered to localhost and delivery IP is 127.0.0.1.

How to resolve this issue??Screenshot (18).png
