    Dear all,

How are you doing? I have a VBulletin forum, and I noticed that after people registered for the forum, they did not get a welcome e-mail from my website, especially Yahoo.com, hotmail.com users.

Moreover, other e-mails from different domains on this server are not able to send out e-mails to Yahoo and hotmail server as well.

How do I set up so that my website/domains can send email to Yahoo & hotmail users ?

Thank you very much for your help in advance.

    Sincerely,
    Calvin Phan

You might find that those are fake email addresses that were used by spammers to register and spam your forum. Fake emails will never be sent to a fake email address of course so get stuck on your end.

You can use this great new Feature in WHM to look at these closer if you wish:
WHM > Email > Mail Delivery Reports

Here you can search in many different ways. The easiest is to just click "Run Report" and wait a moment. You can add or remove columns on this results page by clicking that little gear icon.

If these are valid emails for valid users that's a whole other story of course but no need to look too far for a problem if there is none, right? :)
