Emails from some specific domains are not forwarded

Hi
In my website, I forward all incoming emails to a Gmail account, so it's easy for me to categorize and access all my emails.

But I found out that some incoming emails from specific domains are not forwarded. E.g "@bk.ru". I mean if someone sends an email to me with the address "[email protected]", his email stays in the inbox and doesn't reach to my secondary Gmail account.

Any Idea how to handle this problem?

Hello,

You can access the "Track Delivery" option in cPanel to search for an affected message to see if you notice any specific errors. However, as your access level shows as "Website Owner", you may need to contact your hosting provider for help with this issue.

Well, I would appreciate your help.
I have access to CPanel account and "Track Delivery" Under Email section.
But when I click on it and "Run Report", there is no result. "The search matches 0 records."


So what's wrong?

You'd need to consult with your web hosting provider for additional assistance if you are unable to find any useful information from the "Track Delivery" feature.
