Emails going directly to spam/junk PLEASE HELP

Everytime i send a email from my server they now go to spam/junk folder. Any way I can fix this?

I have domain keys and spf enabled. What else can I do?

Also, if our server ip is blacklisted in only one database could this be the cause of it?

Please help we need emails to be delivered again! :(
