    Hi,

I've configured everything. DKIM, SPF, all are passed well. But GMAIL & HOTMAIL both marks the email as SPAM. The reverse DNS is also setup correctly & nicely as well as the server IP is blacklisted nowhere.

While searching over Google, I found below very old, but useful topic:

I cannot find such a thing called trusted-users directory or file in my SSH. At the same time, I must say that am not very good with backend (LINUX/SSH) so avoid my mistakes, haha.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Regards.

I'll leave your main question for someone else, but would think you might find this useful:
    ConfigServer Explorer

If you can login via SSH as root and run a few basic commands, you can get this installed for use with minor tasks on the server, like editing a file for example

Yes, I could do that. Ended doing it just now, seems great script. The question still stands, cannot find trusted-users directory.

It might be helpful to post the exact error response messages if any or email header of the email google marks as spam here. Editing out your personal details of course.
