in a 64 GB dedicated server hosted only 1 website for sending mails. its sends 25 mails per minute. But only few mails are sending and all other mails are in queue. Why this happens. Why not sending all mails. IPs are whitelist and no spam issues or complaints.

Actually all these are medical reports. so its sending only to required persons. so need urgent solutions.

Please help sir

Hey there! The only way to get more details on this would be to check the logs on your server. If you go to WHM >> Mail Queue Manager you should be able to select individual messages and see why they are sitting in the queue.

@agova - I edited your post to remove the log entry for privacy reasons. It's best not to post public domains, emails, or IP addresses to the Forum.

Here is the important portion of that log file:

Code:
2022-08-08 18:01:49 1oLBkm-00DZw0-Rn H=gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com [142.251.116.26]: SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO:<[email protected]>: 450-4.2.1 The user you are trying to contact is receiving mail at a rate that\n450-4.2.1 prevents additional messages from being delivered. Please resend your\n450-4.2.1 message at a later time. If the user is able to receive mail at that\n450-4.2.1 time, your message will be delivered. For more information, please\n450-4.2.1 visit\n450 4.2.1 Limits for sending & getting mail - Gmail Help gb23-20020a056870671700b00101bd59542bsi7845873oab.82 - gsmtp
This doesn't seem like a problem with your server at all, but an issue with that particular Gmail account. Gmail has rate limiting in effect that is keeping that user from receiving any messages, not just from you. There isn't any way you can resolve this, but the user will accept messages again as soon as that rate limiting has stopped.
