Emails not being delivered

    Hello,

    For some reason, one of the domains on the server has suddenly stopped receiving emails. I can send emails from the domain but when I reply to a test message sent from the domain, it does not appear in the mailbox.

    The Client has emailed me the below error saying this is what he received when he sent a test to himself

    mail@domain.com

    Technical details of permanent failure:

    Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 421 421 Unexpected failure, please try later (state 13).

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Can you please obtain the full error message in exim's logs using this command:

    Code:
    exigrep mail@domain.com /var/log/exim_mainlog
    Here mail@domain.com would be the receiving email that isn't working on the machine.
